Refund policy
Venue has a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit.
We're happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for exchange through January 31.
Please note, we do not refund purchases.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in resalable condition with all original tags still attached and in its original packaging. Receipt, gift receipt, or proof of purchase is required.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) or would like a non-expiring, fully transferable gift card for future purchases, we are happy to help! Please email us your order number, contact information, and item(s) requested for exchange and we’ll get back to you with full instructions on returning your item(s) to us. We are happy to process exchanges for online orders in our store location. Email us at venueballard@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- Food or Perishable items,
- Bath & Body (soaps, lotions, etc.)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
- Items purchased on sale, or special offer.
- Gift cards
