Pacific Madrona by Nicole Janzen 

Using hand-dyed wool roving and raw sheep's wool, I create richly textured, multi-dimensional pieces that reflect the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Signature elements of my unique multi-media fiber designs are the unraveled tweed fabrics, reclaimed wool garments, and found natural items I incorporate into my work for extra depth and interest. Each piece is felted onto a thick merino wool backing which provides a beautiful foundation.
